REFUND

We ask that you kindly consider you size and style before committing to a purchase, as we do not accept returns for refunds* unless the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced. However you may exchange any unworn item for another size, style or colour or request a credit note for a future purchase (Items purchased on Sales are final and there are no accepted exchanges or return).

Please note if your item has been shipped, any shipping costs will not be credited or refunded. ($8.00 fee applies for free-shipping)

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.


To start a return, you must e-mail us at freesoulaustralia@gmail.com with subject: 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE', describing what would you like to return or exchange, including Order Number. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please DO NOT return items to us without contacting us first.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with hygiene liners, tags, and in its original packagingThere must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, fake tan or marks of any kind. Your thank-you card is yours to keep, and you don’t need to return this.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Free Soul discretion.

The customer is responsible for the cost to ship their returns to Free Soul. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Free Soul does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

Returning items must be received by Free Soul before exchanging products are posted out.

Free Soul Swimwear is limited edition and is made in small quantities. For this reason we may not be able to guarantee certain styles will be available when exchanging. In the event that this happens, we will arrange a suitable replacement, store credit or a full refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Purchases using a promo, discount, coupon code are considered sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. The item must then be returned to us within 7 days after the fault has been reported so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

* Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
